A message I received on thefacebook... it went to the whole HDS group --

Hey folks,

This is Heathyr, one of the late-nite waitresses from the HDS. I regret to inform everyone that it seems Bob has had to close the place down.

As of the end of the semester, things weren't going so well for Bob... one of the grills broke, the ice machine broke, the refridgerator broke, and then (here's the kicker) the fryer broke... what kind of a hot dog shop is it without those bad-ass fries?

Anyway... when business died over the summer, Bob started only opening at night on weekdays and (I think) Saturdays...

Finally, the other night, some friends of mine and I went down to visit... and it wasn't open. We peeked in, and all the video games were gone.

It is a sad day indeed, children... a very sad day.

Let us all bow our heads in reverence...

RIP --- The Slippery Rock Hot Dog Shop.

Summary: The Hot Dog Shop shut down! I mean, we discovered it not that long ago, and it was an awesome place, but alas, it is no more. That makes me sad.
